Elijah Cross is a Partner at Three Pillars Wealth, LLC. With over six years of experience, Elijah is passionate about helping people take control of their financial future. His approach combines personalized strategy, disciplined investment guidance, and retirement planning. 

Elijah graduated from The University of Mary-Hardin Baylor where he played football and finished with a degree in Finance, He is a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table and has qualified for Quality* and Executive Council** (2025). 

Elijah enjoys spending time with his fiancé and two dogs as well as golfing with his friends and clients. Elijah is driven by integrity, discipline, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

Kendall Maxedon is joining the Three Pillars Wealth, LLC as an Executive Assistant.  Kendall spent 13 years learning the ins and outs of business administration in small businesses and corporations. Kendall’s experience extends past the expected bookkeeping and accounting aspects of business and into human resources, compliance, marketing and advertising and much more.   In 2017, she became an agent and a co-owner of a multi-location property & casualty insurance agency. Since selling her interest in the agency in 2024, Kendall is excited to put her experience to good use assisting Three Pillars Wealth, LLC and their clients achieve their financial goals. 

Kendall attended Texas A&M University and Tarleton State University and earned a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting. She is an active supporter of several non-profits that provide assistance for foster children and trafficking victims such as Colors of Hope Equine Restoration, Freed People, and Spirit Led Life.

Kendall lives in her hometown of Glen Rose, Texas with her two daughters, too many dogs and one cat.  She spends her spare time with her girls gardening, riding horses, homesteading, or taking pictures of family and friends.
